Every artist on the ARUVA platform undergoes a rigorous multi-stage verification process ensuring professional standards, technical proficiency, and identity authentication.
Booking Protocol
Finalized bookings are legally binding upon the confirmation of the digital contract. Cancellations are subject to tiered indemnity fees as outlined in individual rider agreements.
Artists are required to maintain an updated technical rider and hospitality schedule. Failure to adhere to venue-specific safety protocols may result in immediate suspension of credentials. All payments are processed through our secure escrow mechanism to ensure prompt delivery of performance fees.
